As the years passed the information got lost, known only to Mayor Cole (Bill Murray) who has every intention of keeping things just how they are. Two children, Lina Mayfleet (Saoirse Ronan) and Doon Harrow (Harry Treadaway) become the most daring and unlikely heroes. They secretly discover the mysteries surrounding the city and why the generators have all of a sudden been failing more and more. Will they stand bravely and save their beloved city?
